2. Unboxing Video: Provide an unboxing video showing the product in its original condition and demonstrating the issue (wrong product or defect).
3. Return Approval: Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
4. Ship the Product Back: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Please ensure it is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
5. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the issue.
6. Refund Processing: If the product is confirmed to be incorrect or defective, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
